General

1. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. I have the right to refuse commissions for whatever reason and I am not required to disclose said reason.
3. Commissions are not first come first serve, I will be working on projects as my schedule and abilities best permit.
4. All rigging is made specifically for VTube Studio.
5. Please provide any deadlines prior to payment. This is to ensure that we can agree on a deadline that can best accommodate the required work.
6. The turnaround time can be anywhere between 1 week to 6 months depending on the project and the work I have lined up.
7. I have a zero tolerance policy for any toxicity. Any verbal abuse, doxxing, or otherwise will result in termination of the commission without refunds.

Rights

1. All rights of the commission will go to legionvt or tahoful. Please credit me whenever you share or post the product (Twitter, Youtube, Twitch, and/or other online platforms).

2. L2D comms come with commercial rights. However, while you may give your model away for free, you are not allowed to sell your model. Additionally, you are not allowed to use it for, or in association with, NFTs.
3. I have the rights to showcase your model in my portfolio.
4. I will ask permission to post updates on social media and stream progress on your commissioned piece.
5. You will maintain the rights to the reference materials and they will remain confidential. They will not be used outside of the designated purpose, be it rigging or illustration.

Payment, Release, Refunds

1. Payment is currently only via Paypal for international clients. You may DM me for other options if you are residing in the Philippines.
2. For comms that cost under 200 USD, payment is upfront.
3. Work that is equal to or over 200 USD, may be paid 50% upfront and 50% after the final piece is approved.
3. The product will be sent through a gdrive link when the full sum is paid.
4. Upon completion of the L2D project and payment, the client will receive the runtime files necessary for model use. This does not include the Live2D cmo3 file.
5. Refunds will only be available before the project is started. The only circumstance in which there may be a refund is if I determine that I am unable to complete the work. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
6. By commissioning me, you agree that you will not issue chargebacks.

Revisions

1. When a full character reference is available, only 3 opportunities for revisions are available (1) during the sketch stage, major revisions are allowed. (2) during review of the flats, color changes are allowed (3) before the final clean up, minor revisions are allowed.
2. For rigging commissions, if the psd file is not ready, a detailed list of necessary revisions will be provided for your artist's reference. Depending on the number of revisions, this may incur an additional fee.
3. In the case of L2D comms, Revisions after completion must be requested within 2 weeks from the time I send the final product. Up to 3 minor revisions may be requested, these will be free of charge. Additional or major revisions will incur an extra fee.

Commercial Fees

1. Only Live2D rates above are inclusive of commercial fees. Sketch and Illustration commission rates are not inclusive of commercial fees.
2. If you would like to use a commission for commercial purposes, please inform me before the rate is decided.
3. If you decide that you would like to use a commissioned piece for commercial purposes only after the rate has been decided, please inform me and be prepared to settle the added fees.
